This year, all proceeds will go to BackTrack Youth Works, helping them continue their incredible work supporting young people to get their lives back on track. Back Track Youth Works (https://backtrack.org.au/) is based in Armidale, providing vital services and support to at-risk young people.

Every ticket you buy brings us closer to making a real difference — and gives you the chance to win some amazing prizes!

Berber Basket
32 H x 50 W
Medium-Large French market basket with short and long sisal handles. The Berber basket is great for a quick trip to the grocer or farmers markets, a day at the beach, a weekend picnic, or just as a home storage basket. Our market baskets are similar to straw baskets, but are handwoven from palm leaves. This means our baskets are eco-friendly, sustainable and very strong.

Printhie — Mountain Range 2024 Chardonnay
Chardonnay is considered one of the heroes of Orange and our Mountain Range is a great example of cool climate, high elevation vineyards. We use a mix of barrel & tank fermentation to produce a modern Australian Chardonnay. Lemon juice, grapefruit pitch, stone fruit and a hint of tropical richness makes this wine fresh and lively. The suggestion of oak offers structure and support without overwhelming the fruit.

See Saw — Organic 2025 Prosecco
Prosecco was picked from Annangrove Park from 10th-12th February 2025. Harvest decisions were based on flavour and balance in the fruit. The juice was cold-settled before it was inoculated with a neutral sparkling yeast strain. The ferment was long and cool to preserve delicate fruit aromatics and flavours. Stored in stainless steel prior to bottling in May 2025. A blend of Chardonnay with bright fresh citrus, floral characters plus a small component of Pinot Noir to add complexity and depth. Harvested in the cool of the morning when the fruit is crisp and pristine, then pressed and fermented to retain the beautiful primary fruit and freshness.
Colour | A generous bead of bubbles with a soft pale straw hue.
Aroma | Bright lemon sherbet with green apple and delicate florals.
Palate | Crisp green apple, honeydew melon and lemon pith provide great flavour intensity. With a dry finish, our Prosecco is the perfect aperitif!
Vegan | Yes

Rowlee — 2024 Arneis
Pale lemon yellow with a green-gold hue. The nose is lifted with intense white florals and wild herbs—jasmine carried on a breeze with sage and thyme. Ripe stone fruit, poached pear, and a subtle hint of nougat add richness to the aromatic profile, giving the wine a fragrant and varietally true perfume. On the palate, white peach, a touch of marzipan, and lemon pith define the entry, underpinned by ripe apple and a mineral citrus note that adds depth and drive. The flavour profile is expansive and slightly exotic, with a delicate spicy-floral nuance. Phenolics and texture are so finely entwined with the fruit that the tactile sensation becomes an extension of the aromatic spectrum. Long, flavoursome, and commanding of generously flavoured food.

The fruit was harvested on 1 March 2024 and immediately transported to the winery where it was gently whole bunch pressed. The lightly fined juice was racked to stainless steel with a portion racked to older French oak barriques for fermentation. The portion in tank was then fermented at cool temperatures to retain varietal character and freshness. The use of older oak and the extended aging on lees adds texture and complexity. The wine was blended, lightly fined, filtered and bottled on 17 October 2024.

Prize 4: Foodie hamper

Olivia Basket
W: 48-55cm H: 35-38cm
French handwoven basket bag with thick short brown leather handles and leather trim around the edge of the basket. Ideal as an everyday market basket or handbag. Also perfect as a picnic basket or beach bag and useful as a home storage basket too. Like a straw basket or a wicker basket but made from palm leaves so sustainable and very strong and can be filled to capacity when visiting the farmer's markets.

Saturday Night Pasta Tulipano 375g
Italian for tulips - A textured, cup-shaped pasta designed to cradle plenty of sauce. Like butter to bread, salt to pepper, every sauce needs a pasta. Made from Australian, durum wheat semolina from the “Golden Triangle” area of NSW for Saturday Night Pasta. This pasta is slowly extruded through bronze dies and gently air dried at low temperature for 48hrs, to preserve the nutritional benefits, the best taste and digestibility. Made in Adelaide by pasta specialists who have proudly been making pasta since 1980 using traditional methods. Australian durum wheat semolina flour, water.

Saturday Night Pasta Red Red Wine Pasta Sauce 500ml
A full-bodied, velvety red wine sauce infused with the robust flavours of roasted peppers, smoked garlic, and tomatoes, ideal for snuggling up by the fire. Featuring Fiasco, a Sangiovese and Nebbiolo wine from the cool Adelaide Hills region, this wine boasts deep, juicy undertones, a perfect pair for the rich flavours of Australian iron bark-smoked garlic, sweet roasted red peppers, and local roasted Roma tomatoes. Elevate your Bolognese, slow-cook meats, or savour it on its own. Ingredients: Australian Roma tomatoes, roasted red capsicums, red wine, smoked garlic, extra virgin olive oil, onion, garlic, salt, sugar, rosemary. No preservatives added. Vegan.

Ottolenghi Shawarma Marinade 180gm
Don’t be fooled by the name: this marinade isn’t limited to the sandwich served in pitta with dribbling tahini. Ottolenghi's Shawarma Marinade is a smokey blend of slow-cooked onions, sweet tomatoes, cloves and cumin. Add a spoonful wherever you need a warming spice. Ideal for meats, but also as a quick coating for roasted vegetables. Steer away from leafy greens; opt for robust choices like pumpkin, sweet potatoes or celeriac. Or use it as a flavourful base for stews, slow-cooked dishes, or even as a quick addition to pasta sauces. With its deep, layered taste, the Shawarma Marinade brings a burst of warmth and spice to your cooking. Ideal for busy nights when you want maximum flavour with minimal effort, this marinade ensures that you can prepare meals that feel gourmet, without hours of prep time. Simply add a spoonful to meats, vegetables, or grains, and let the marinade work its magic.

Olsson's Gin Salt 250gm
A collaboration with Australia’s oldest family owned sea salt maker, Olsson’s Salt, and Four Pillars Gin. Four Pillars have taken their Spent Rare Dry Gin botanicals, dehydrated them and blended it with Olsson’s Marine Mineral Grey Salt. The Marine Mineral Grey Salt, Australia’s first “sel gris”, comes from the ocean and tastes just like the sea. This mixed with Four Pillars nine botanicals makes for a stunning salt perfect for seasoning a roast chicken or pork loin, roasted vegetables (especially spuds), or sprinkled on stir-fried greens, curing fish like salmon or kingfish and makes an amazing salted caramel to pour over vanilla ice cream.
